Colours of the Month
Hello everyone!
Welcome to read our new blog about one of the most important subjects in our life – colours. Absolutely we can't imagine how the world would look like without so amazing spectre of the colours around us. They are so amazing, so many of them, so many combinations and they have so big influence on everything in our life.
Colours have a special place in jewellery. We can say – crucial one. The colours give us a final feeling to our eyes when we see a piece of jewellery. Something what we like more or not. Like everything else in our life connected to the colours.
Every month in the year have its own colours. Colours go around the year like the nature. They are dynamic and influence our journey through the year. From the white and light blue in January to the forest green and dark red in December. Let we see all of them!
JANUARY – White and Light Blue
January is the new start. We're going into the new year with a new page in our journey (white) and surrounded with the winter, clear sky and snow (light blue).
FEBRUARY – Cherry Red and Pink
Month of love! In February we have Valentine's Day when our hearts beat faster and stronger (cheery red). And – Venus, planet of love, harmony and beauty is the planet of pink.
MARCH – Emerald Green and Purple
In March the world around us is changing – days are brighter and longer. We can see the new life in nature as everything will start to grow again (emerald green). Because of that our minds fell ambitious and full of a new magic (purple).
APRIL – Pale Yellow and Grass Green
In April our life enter the Spring. So magic with fresh nature (grass green), Easter eggs and cute bunnies. And for all of us on the Earth something amazing to know: on Saturn (pale yellow), the sixth planet from the Sun, wind speeds can reach 1,100 miles per hour (1,800 kilometre per hour).
MAY – Cream and Lilac
May is a month of purity and comfort (cream). Not a surprise, that's the favourite colour of weddings bouquets! And of course – flowers (lilac), everywhere around us colours of the flowers enrich our life with romance and femininity.
JUNE – Pale Orange and Pearl
In June we're ready for summer, when days are warmer and sunshine show its colourful power (pale orange). And for a pearl its a special month. Amazing piece of nature creativity, the Pearl is the stone of month.
JULY – Coral and Yellow
Two strong colours as Coral and Yellow symbolize the month of July. Coral represent power of sun and happiness as yellow give as joyfulness and energy in the summer time around us.
AUGUST – Burnt Red and Orange
August is the month when summer go on its peak and we will soon move to the Autumn. We enjoy strong sun from the morning hours of the day to the sunset in the evening (burnt red). Last hot days support our minds with optimism and enthusiasm (orange).
SEPTEMBER – Rust and Bright Blue
In September we move from the summer to the autumn. We can feel the passage of the time (rust) and as days are moving to the end of the Month we touch the points of sensitivity and wisdom (bright blue).
OCTOBER – Maroon and Indigo
October is the month when days are shorter and leaves change their colours (maroon). Indigo, rich version between blue and violet, represent justice and devotion. The colour also known as the King of Dyes it has been used by people of Egypt and Asia for more then 4,000 years.
NOVEMBER – Brown and Gold
November is the month when Autumn is on its peak (brown) and the colour of gold, which represent triumph and fortune, start to be to seen around us as we move to the last month of the year.
DECEMBER – Forest Green and Dark Red
December is the month of progress and prosperity (forest green). We fell the magic of smiles and happiness with people we love (dark red), respect and enjoy to be with.
